1. In the app (fastest)
- Phone: Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.
- Android TV / Google TV: Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent, and you are signed out on every device. It cannot be undone.
2. Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you can't write from that address, tell us how we can verify that the account is yours. We delete the account and confirm by email within 45 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your account: email address and sign-in details.
- All profiles, including Kids profiles, their settings and PIN.
- Watch progress, Continue Watching, My List and the watch history copied from Trakt.
- Settings, your add-on list and your Trakt connection.
- Your device list, pending Send to TV requests and trailer error reports.
4. What is not deleted
- Your Trakt account and what you sent to it: manage it at trakt.tv.
- Data stored only on your devices (cache, local settings): it is removed when you uninstall the app.
